Tool
discs: The forged, medium-carbon steel, toughened to
20 HRC tool discs are available in two types, the VDI and slotted, both standardized
to eight and twelve stations.
Tool
holders:
Designed and produced for, resistance to high impact and corrosion the VDI
tool holder is the resultant of superior raw material and expertise.
Turret
head: In its
manufacture, ensuring international, high-quality standards is foremost, being
one of the turret head pioneers and as customary the highest quality raw
material is sourced.
Reduction
sleeves: VDI tool holders E1 and E2 are standard
reduction sleeves, for boring tool holders, of slotted tool disc.

requirements:
These special custom designed tool discs and VDI tool holders are
manufactured as required by our clients.
